1. Product Description
Mathieu Reed creates unique, one-of-a-kind LEGO art mosaics and custom artwork. Each piece is individually created, meaning small variations, imperfections, or differences in appearance may occur. These details are part of the nature of handmade and one-of-one artwork.
Mathieu Reed may create artwork inspired by general themes, styles, colors, subjects, or cultural references. However, Mathieu Reed does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, characters, logos, photographs, or intellectual property that may inspire a piece.
Unless clearly stated, Mathieu Reed artwork is not official, licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any brand, artist, photographer, company, athlete, celebrity, movie, show, game, or franchise.
We make every effort to create original artwork and avoid knowingly copying or reproducing another artist’s protected work without permission.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase is the final product price.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price, along with any applicable taxes, shipping costs, or additional fees.
3. All Sales Final
Due to the size, weight, fragile nature, and one-of-a-kind status of our artwork, all sales are final.
Mathieu Reed does not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer’s remorse cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, descriptions, photos, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom commissions, special orders, and reserved pieces are also non-refundable once payment has been made or work has begun.
4. Shipping Damage or Product Issues
Customers are responsible for inspecting their artwork immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact Mathieu Reed within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, please provide:

Any visible damage to the shipping box or materials
Each issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, Mathieu Reed may offer a repair, replacement option, partial resolution, or other solution. However, due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, repairs, replacements, or refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Mathieu Reed is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or customer unavailability.
If an item must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Once an item has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Artwork Care and Handling
Mathieu Reed artwork is intended for decorative purposes only. Pieces should be handled with care and displayed in a safe indoor location.
Customers should avoid placing artwork in areas exposed to moisture, direct sunlight, extreme heat, outdoor conditions, or heavy contact. Artwork should not be disassembled, altered, dropped, or repurposed.
Mathieu Reed is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, display, installation, or customer modification after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mathieu Reed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase, handling, display, or use of our artwork.
This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, installation issues, or damage caused after the artwork has been delivered.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Any personal information provided during the purchase process, including contact, shipping, and payment information, will be handled with care and used only as necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, and fulfill purchases.
Mathieu Reed does not sell customer personal information.
